2. Use of Services

2.3 License: Subject to these Terms, BazaarSG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services for your personal or commercial use.
3. Listings and Transactions
3.1 Listings: As a registered user, you may create and manage listings for your stall space. You are responsible for the accuracy and content of your listings and agree to comply with BazaarSG's listing guidelines.
3.2 Transactions: BazaarSG acts as a platform to connect shop owners with potential tenants. Any agreement or transaction between users of the Services is solely between the users. BazaarSG is not a party to any agreement or transaction and disclaims any liability arising from such agreements or transactions.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Fees: BazaarSG may charge fees for certain features or services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services in a timely manner. BazaarSG reserves the right to change its fees and payment policies at any time.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.

By submitting content, you grant BazaarSG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Services.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall BazaarSG, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any content obtained from the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Singapore.
