  How do I create an account on BazaarSG?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button on our homepage. You can sign up as either a vendor or a customer by providing the required information and following the prompts.

  How do I book a shop space?

Once you have created a customer account, browse the available shop spaces on our platform. Select the shop space you are interested in, choose your desired date and time, and proceed to checkout to complete the booking.

  What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy varies depending on the shop space. Please refer to the specific shop space listing for details on its cancellation policy. You can view this information before making a booking. A 2-hours free cancellation upon booking is allow, and after 2-hours upon booking, no cancellation is allowed.

  How do I list my shop space for rent?

If you are a vendor, log in to your account and navigate to the "List a Shop Space" section. Provide the required details about your shop space, including location, availability, pricing, and any specific terms or conditions.

  How do I get paid as a vendor?

Vendors receive payments through our secure payment processing system. Payments are typically transferred to your Virtual wallet and will be transferred to your specified bank account within a few business days after you initiate a withdrawal request from the Virtual wallet.

  What should I do if I encounter an issue with my booking?

If you encounter any issues with your booking, please contact our support team immediately. We are here to assist you and will work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

  Are there any booking fee for using BazaarSG?

Customers/User may be charged a service fee for booking shop spaces. Specific fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

  Are there any platform fee for vendors listing in BazaarSG?

No. There are no listing fees.
